Effective 17 July 2026

Owner: Uxel Pty Ltd ABN 21 653 865 108

1. Using OwnerHQ

These terms apply to the OwnerHQ website, waitlist and Business Readiness Check. By using them, you agree to these terms. You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, availability or operation.

2. Organisational information only

The Business Readiness Check is a general practical organisational tool. It is not legal, financial, insurance, accounting, tax or compliance advice and does not identify every obligation that may apply to your business. Results depend on the answers you provide and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

3. No guarantee

We aim to keep OwnerHQ useful and available, but do not guarantee that the website, assessment, scores or recommendations will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for every business. Product descriptions may refer to planned features that can change before release.

4. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to provide it. Do not submit confidential documents, passwords, identification records or sensitive personal information through the readiness check. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

OwnerHQ branding, content, assessment questions, software and designs are owned by or licensed to Uxel Pty Ltd. You may print or save your own result for internal business use, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit the service without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Uxel Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website or assessment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as OwnerHQ develops. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Contact info@uxel.org with questions.
