1. Who we are
OwnerHQ is owned and operated by Uxel Pty Ltd ABN 21 653 865 108. You can contact us at info@uxel.org or PO Box 79, Wentworth NSW 2648, Australia.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact details, business information you provide, assessment responses, waitlist preferences, communications, and technical information such as device, browser, referring page and campaign attribution. Please do not enter sensitive personal or business records into the Business Readiness Check.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide requested assessment results and checklists, manage the founding-member waitlist, respond to enquiries, improve OwnerHQ, maintain security, measure service performance and send marketing only where you have chosen to receive it.
4. Consent and communications
Requesting an assessment result is separate from joining the waitlist or consenting to ongoing marketing. Optional consent choices are not preselected. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.
5. Service providers and overseas processing
We use reputable providers to operate OwnerHQ, including HubSpot for lead and communication management and Vercel for hosting. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States or other locations where they operate.
6. Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Assessment progress may be stored in your browser so it survives a refresh; you can clear it by starting a new check or clearing browser data. We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and applicable legal obligations.
7. Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law. Contact info@uxel.org. We will investigate privacy concerns and respond within a reasonable period.
8. Updates
We may update this policy as OwnerHQ develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
